 Being open to different patterns of behaviour is to eliminate the obstacles to the successful achievement of organizational and personal projects.

With the marked growth of internationalization within companies, organizational expatriates and/or migrants in search of optimizing their career management skills need to acquire more competencies with a view to more efficient adaptation/acculturation after arriving in a new country.

This phenomenon, previously worked on, minimizes disruption both at the intrapersonal or interpersonal level that tends to diminish the employee’s quality of and hence his/her commitment and organizational performance.

Human relationships are conspicuously complex and interpersonal conflicts are not a phenomenon in which companies find themselves remote from. This complexity is usually enhanced by the multiculturalism which is increasingly characterizing organizations.

The synergy of a team is par excellence the mainspring of a company’s productivity; it has become critical to train employees to better manage the impact of different cultures, transforming multicultural groups into intercultural teams.
